A business needs SEO for leads: a person searching for your service or product in Google should reach your site before a competitor’s. That is why we run SEO as a process of several months, not a one-off service.
The service suits small and mid-sized businesses: service companies, tradespeople, manufacturers and online stores. We work remotely.
SEO: ongoing work on a site’s technical health, keywords, content and analytics so its pages get more impressions and clicks from Google search. The work runs in cycles: analysis, changes, measuring the result and the next cycle.
SEO services vs. one-time SEO optimization
Optimization is a one-time technical job: fixing indexing errors, setting up structured data and speeding up pages. SEO includes it as the first step, then adds ongoing work on keywords, content, internal linking and analytics.
If the site is technically healthy and needs a focused fix, SEO optimization is enough. If the goal is steady growth in leads from search over months, you need the full process.
What our SEO services include
We build full-cycle SEO from four blocks. The scope and order change with the size of the site and the niche. The set stays the same.
Technical SEO
We make sure robots can crawl and index the site correctly: robots.txt, Sitemap, duplicates, redirects. We check speed against the Core Web Vitals thresholds: main content renders in about 2.5 seconds, response to input is faster than 200 milliseconds, layout shift is no more than 0.1.
Keyword research and content
We spread the keyword set across pages and write SEO content for your site on top of it. The texts cover both commercial and informational demand without keyword stuffing.
Structured data and indexing
Schema.org markup helps search engines understand the type of service, the questions on a page and the navigation. We control indexing through Google Search Console and account for E-E-A-T signals: who the author is and where the facts come from.
Analytics and reporting
We base decisions on data from Search Console, GA4, server logs and tools like Ahrefs and Screaming Frog. Once a month we put impressions, clicks and positions into one report.
How we work
Each step gives a result you can check before we move to the next.
Stages of an SEO project
- 01
Audit and niche analysis
We check technical state, indexing and speed, and compare the site with competitors.
- 02
Keyword research
We collect the queries your audience uses and spread them across pages.
- 03
Technical optimization and structured data
We fix indexing errors, set up redirects and Schema.org.
- 04
Content and internal linking
We write texts based on the keyword research and connect pages with logical links.
- 05
Publishing and indexing control
We watch how Google processes the updated pages.
- 06
Reporting and adjustment
Once a month we pull the numbers together and refine the plan for the next cycle.
You can order the first step separately as an SEO website audit if you first want to understand the real state of your site.

SEO for Google: what shapes the plan
We plan the work around Google’s own documentation. Google Search Console and GA4 show how the site performs. Search Essentials sets out the technical minimum for being shown in search, the content rules and the tactics that get a site demoted.
The most attention goes to the quality and usefulness of content and to passing Core Web Vitals. The technical requirements, the E-E-A-T model and the link policy are covered on the page about SEO for Google.
SEO for different types of sites
The set of work is the same. The emphasis depends on the type of site.
Online stores
Categories and product pages should get impressions and clicks, not only the home page. We look separately at filters, pagination and duplicate descriptions. More in the section on ecommerce SEO.
Service businesses
A service site sells through pages for specific services, and keyword research is built around the intent to order. Detailed descriptions and Service markup matter here. The approach is on the page about SEO for service businesses.
New websites
A new site has no history, so indexing and trust take longer to build. The first weeks go into setting up indexing and structure. Details in the section on SEO for a new website.

Our AI-assisted production pipeline
Niche research, brief, structure and text go through a chain of AI agents, and every fact is tied to a source. A human does the final read, and decisions rest on data from Search Console and server logs.
For you this means sites and texts are produced faster than through a classic chain of contractors, and facts are checked before publication. Finished sites run on Cloudflare Pages with automatic deployment through GitHub Actions.
Why leads matter more than rankings
SEO works over the long run. In our experience, noticeable growth shows up after 3–6 months. Alongside it we offer GEO for AI search, where far fewer sites are optimized so far. If you have no site yet, there is website development with SEO.

What you get and why you can trust us
We have worked in SEO since October 2018 and have optimized more than 120 sites on WordPress, Bitrix, MODX, OpenCart, Tilda, Webflow and other platforms. We do not fake reviews or user behavior signals, we do not use multi-accounts and we do not work in gray niches.
If you prefer working with one specialist, see the page about an independent SEO consultant and the profile of Aleksey Borovikov. We price each project individually, and both the estimate and the audit are free.
