A landing page fits a business with one clear offer and one source of traffic: an ad, a newsletter or a social network. Landing page development covers that. We build one page that receives the visitor from a specific channel and leads them to an enquiry without extra distractions.
The process is the same as for any turnkey website: research of the audience and the offer, structure, design, build and launch.
What a landing page is and how it differs from other sites
Landing page and brochure website
A brochure website is compact but has several pages: company, services and contacts. A landing page is one page for one offer, with no navigation. Show several services with a brochure website. If you have one offer, a landing page is enough to get it across.
When one page is not enough
A multi-page site holds several tasks at once. A landing page solves one, so it gets the point across faster. If you add new services and each needs its own page, it makes more sense to move to turnkey website development with a larger structure.
What turnkey landing page development includes
From research to launch
We study the business, the audience and the source of traffic, because the offer and the order of blocks depend on them. Then come structure, design, build and a technical audit before publication, so the page loads fast for a real visitor on a phone.
Lead form and spam protection
The form is the central conversion element of a landing page. We connect spam protection and notifications about new enquiries, so requests do not get lost.
How we build a landing page: the stages
Stages of work
- 01
Research and brief
We study the offer, the audience and the source of traffic.
- 02
Page structure
We arrange blocks from the offer to proof, objections and the form.
- 03
Design
We focus on the first screen and the form, responsive for phone.
- 04
Build and form
We build the page and connect the form, spam protection and notifications.
- 05
Technical audit before publication
We check speed, structured data and that the form works.
- 06
Launch and analytics
We publish the page and connect enquiry counters.

Not sure whether you need a landing page or a bigger site? We will review the task for free and suggest a format for your source of traffic.
What tasks a landing page suits
Landing page for ad and campaign traffic
A separate page helps when the ad or post that sends the visitor has no room for everything: more photos of work, answers to objections and a form on the same page. It gives the campaign a place to land that is built for one purpose.
Landing page for an offer, a promotion or a product launch
It works to test a hypothesis fast, run a promotion or present a product without rebuilding the whole site. For those who are not ready for a multi-page site yet, a landing page gives a presence online and enquiries right now.
Can a landing page be promoted in search engines
What limits SEO for one page
One page and one text realistically hold a narrow set of a few close queries, not a wide range of topics. For growth across many topics, systematic SEO on a multi-page structure is a better fit.
How we prepare a landing page for promotion
We add Schema.org structured data for the service (Schema.org, Service), correct headings and fast code. In the copy we include one or two key query clusters without keyword stuffing.

What we build a landing page on, technically
Load speed and Core Web Vitals
A landing page usually has a heavy first screen, so the bottleneck is most often LCP. It should stay within 2.5 seconds, INP within 200 milliseconds and CLS no higher than 0.1 (web.dev, Core Web Vitals). We optimize images and video separately.
Why not on Tilda
We have experience with Tilda, but we do not offer it as a separate service. Our own stack with simple code runs faster and is easier to prepare for search and AI answers.

Who runs the project and what happens after launch
More about my experience is on the Aleksey Borovikov page.
After launch, on request, we offer website improvements for changes to the offer and blocks, website maintenance and support and, if the offer changes a lot, a website redesign.
