A working site needs steady attention, not a one-off fix. Someone has to watch that it is up, secure and visible in search. Website maintenance takes that job on a regular basis, so you can run your business. Without it, small problems pile up: updates that were never installed, backups that were forgotten, pages that dropped out of the index.
What website maintenance includes
We fix the scope of work in advance, so it is clear what you pay for each month.
What we take on every month
We maintain the technical base: Schema.org markup, the sitemap and the correctness of pages after edits. We make small fixes, watch backups and updates, control indexing and prepare a monthly report.
What maintenance does not include
Maintenance does not replace website improvements when you need one big task, or a website redesign when the whole site is outdated.
Maintenance, improvements or redesign: how to choose
Maintenance, improvements or redesign
| Criterion | Website maintenance | Website improvements | Website redesign |
|---|---|---|---|
| Format | Regular subscription | One-off task | A project with a defined result |
| Best for | The site mostly works and you need to keep it that way | The site mostly works and you need to change one thing | The site is outdated as a whole and no longer reflects the business |
| Example task | Updates, backups, small fixes, monitoring | Add a block, fix a feature | New structure, design, page addresses |
If you do not have a site yet, start with website development, not with maintenance.
How onboarding and ongoing work go
How maintenance starts
- 01
Diagnosing the current site
We look at the platform, the technical condition and what was done before us.
- 02
Agreeing the scope
We fix what maintenance covers for your site specifically.
- 03
Setting up monitoring and backups
We set up checks on uptime and indexing, and backups.
- 04
Regular work and small fixes
We carry out updates and tasks within the agreed scope.
- 05
Monthly report
We bring the figures from GA4 and Search Console into one report.

Not sure what your site needs? We will check your site for free and tell you whether maintenance, improvements or something else is the right fit.
Backups, updates and security
Backups
We make copies regularly, so that after a failure we can return quickly to a working version. On our own sites (Cloudflare Pages with CI/CD on GitHub Actions), version history and rollback are built into the deployment process, not left as a manual step.
Updates and security
We watch component updates and the state of the code, so that vulnerabilities do not pile up. We also check separately that enquiries from forms really arrive and are protected from spam.
Monitoring uptime and indexing
Uptime and page status
We check page status in Google Search Console: a wrong HTTP status means a page can drop out of search.
Indexing and traffic control
In Google Search Console we look at indexing coverage, security issues and manual actions, comparing periods to tell seasonality from a real problem (Google Search Central).

SEO support within maintenance
Basic SEO support makes sure edits do not hurt visibility, and once a month it brings Search Console and GA4 data together in a report. For systematic growth in impressions and clicks, website SEO can be added, and it can run alongside maintenance.
Which platforms we maintain
We take sites on WordPress, Bitrix, MODX, OpenCart, Tilda and Webflow, and have experience with Drupal and Joomla. If another contractor built the site, we begin with a technical website audit to understand how it is built.

Who runs maintenance and how we work
