A brochure website is for a company or an expert who does not need a blog and dozens of pages but does need a clear online presence: who you are, what you do and how to reach you. Brochure website development covers that in a compact way, with a few key pages.
We build a brochure website with the same pipeline as any turnkey site, and we build the technical base for promotion into development instead of selling it as a separate option.
A brochure website is a compact site of a few pages that presents a company or an expert: home, services or a portfolio, contacts and sometimes reviews. It is not tied to one offer like a landing page, and it does not need a deep structure like a corporate website.
What a brochure website is and who it suits
Like a paper business card, a brochure website briefly presents a company or a person online, but with room to say a little more and a form to get in touch.
Companies and experts
Most often a brochure website is ordered by small companies without dozens of services, and by specialists such as lawyers or designers who need one place with services, examples of work and an enquiry form. If you have more business lines, look at a small business website.
Brochure website, landing page or corporate website: how to choose
Which type of site to choose
| Criterion | Brochure website | Landing page | Corporate website |
|---|---|---|---|
| Number of pages | A few key pages | One | Many, deep structure |
| Main task | Present a company or an expert | Sell one offer | Show the business lines and content of a business |
| When it fits | A small business or a specialist | One traffic channel and one offer | A larger business with several business lines |
| Preparation for promotion | For a few query clusters | Limited by one page | Wide coverage of queries |
If one page for one offer fits, see landing page development. If you need a large structure, a corporate website fits.
What turnkey brochure website development includes
From research to launch
We study the business, the audience and the questions customers ask, then build the structure, design, pages and a contact form with spam protection. Before publication we run a technical audit of speed, links and the mobile version.
What pages a brochure website has
Usually it is home, services or a portfolio, a page about the company or the specialist, and contacts with a form, sometimes reviews. We set the list from the brief: for some, the portfolio matters more, for others the list of services.
The SEO base is part of development
We build in Schema.org structured data, correct headings and clean code from the start, not as a separate paid service after delivery. This does not replace promotion, but it gives the site a technical base from day one.

Can a brochure website be promoted in search and AI answers
What is built in at the start
Schema.org structured data for the service (Schema.org, Service) in JSON-LD, the format Google recommends (Google Search Central, structured data). FAQ markup is used by AI systems, although Google currently does not show a separate snippet with questions.
When you need systematic promotion
A brochure website realistically holds a few close queries, not a whole topic. For growth across a wide range of queries, systematic SEO on a multi-page structure fits.
Why not on a site builder
We have experience with Tilda and other builders, but we do not offer them as a separate service. Our own stack gives predictable speed and is easier to prepare for search and AI answers.
Who runs the project and what happens after launch
More about my experience is on the Aleksey Borovikov page.
After launch, on request, we offer website improvements, website maintenance and support and, if the business has outgrown the brochure website, a website redesign into a larger format.
