Website Development with AI

We build websites with AI on our own pipeline: AI makes the draft at each stage, and a person checks the facts, the structure and the final text.

“AI for building a website” means very different things today. It can be a free builder that assembles a draft from a single prompt, or a service where AI is built into the contractor’s working process. It helps to know which one you are ordering.

We build websites with AI on our own pipeline: AI makes the draft at each stage, and a person checks the facts, the structure and the final text.

Building a website with AI: what it means in our work

AI handles draft work well. It suggests options for structure, wording and design. It does not replace fact-checking, choosing the final option or assembling the site. That is why our process has five steps, and a person checks the result of each one before the next begins.

How this differs from a builder that makes a site in a few minutes

What a ready-made builder gives you

A draft of a site from a single prompt: structure, copy and images. You then check accuracy and set up the technical side yourself. This is convenient for a quick test of an idea.

What our pipeline does

A draft appears at each of the five stages, and a person checks each one. Facts are tied to a source, and technical readiness for promotion is part of the process.

Why we do not hide the use of AI

Google recommends explaining openly how automation is used when creating content (Google Search Central, “Creating helpful, reliable, people-first content”). We do that, and we back every step with a human check.

How our pipeline works: the stages

Pipeline stages

  1. 01

    Research

We study the business, the audience and the competitors in search results.

  2. 02

    Brief

We collect the facts for the future copy, with a source for each one.

  3. 03

    Structure

We design headings, sections and internal links around the keyword research and search intent.

  4. 04

    Copy

AI prepares a draft, and a person checks the facts and edits the wording.

  5. 05

    Layout

We build the page, the forms and the spam protection, then check the mobile version and speed.

Where the person is in the process, and where AI is

What AI does

It prepares options: headings, paragraphs, the structure of a section, draft design decisions. This is the fast part, not the final decision.

What the person checks and decides

The person checks every fact against its source, chooses the final copy and makes the technical decisions: platform, indexing, code and layout edits.

What you get: a site ready for promotion

The technical base

Schema.org markup with the Service type, a sitemap, redirects and an audit before publication. By default it is a static site on Cloudflare Pages, deployed through GitHub Actions.

Speed and page structure

LCP within 2.5 seconds, INP within 200 milliseconds, CLS no higher than 0.1 (web.dev, Core Web Vitals). One H1 per page and consecutive heading levels with no skipped levels.

Finished website and a code editor on a laptop screen

How we test the result

Already at the build stage we check how Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity see the site. This is a basic check inside the pipeline, not a paid option.

What helps AI read a site

For example, an llms.txt file gives agents condensed information about the site in one place (llmstxt.org). Clear definitions, schema markup and an FAQ help too. For ongoing work on visibility in AI answers there is GEO: optimizing your site for AI search.

What kinds of sites we can build on this pipeline

Site formats on the pipeline

FormatWhat it suits
Landing pageOne product or service, enquiries from a single page
Brochure websiteA compact presentation of a small business
Corporate websiteSeveral business lines, sections and a team
Small business websiteA basic set of pages for the needs of a small company

More about formats on the website development and landing page development pages. If you already have a site, we apply the same pipeline to SEO content and copy.

Frequently asked questions

How is a site built with AI by you different from a builder that assembles a site in a few minutes?

A builder hands you a draft from a single prompt, and you then refine the design, copy and technical side yourself. With us AI helps at each of the five stages of the pipeline, and a person checks the facts, the structure and the technical decisions before publication.

Can I trust copy written by AI?

Every fact in the final copy is tied to a source: the agency's own data or an outside reference that we opened and cited. A person reads the copy after the draft. We do not put a fact into the text without confirmation.

Does AI write the whole site on its own, without a person?

No. AI is a tool in research, brief, structure, copy and layout, but a person makes the decisions on facts, wording and the technical side. The pipeline speeds up draft work and does not replace a specialist.

What exactly does AI do in the process, and what does the person do?

AI prepares options for structure, wording and design. The person checks facts against sources, picks the final option and takes the work to production: edits the code and layout and sets up deployment.

Is a site like this suitable for search promotion, or does it only look like a site?

It is suitable. Schema.org markup, a sitemap, redirects and a pre-publication audit are built into the pipeline. They are not a separate fix after launch but part of the same process of building the site.

How much does a site built with AI cost?

We price it individually. The cost depends on the type of site, the number of sections and the promotion tasks. There are no fixed rates because projects differ in scope. We make the estimate after a short brief, and it is free.

Can I keep developing a site built on the AI pipeline?

Yes. What you get is an ordinary site on production infrastructure, not a demo inside someone else's builder. It can be extended and maintained: website improvements cover targeted edits, and website maintenance covers regular support.

Is the site suitable for promotion in AI answers, not only in search?

Yes. Already at the build stage we test the site in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity. For deep, ongoing work on visibility in AI answers there is a separate GEO service.

What technology does the site run on in the end?

By default it is a static site on Cloudflare Pages on your domain, with updates published through GitHub Actions. Forms are protected from spam, and requests arrive as a notification in Telegram. We also have experience with popular CMS platforms, so if the project needs a different platform, we discuss it up front.
